This year's MINT Forum will take place in Minneapolis, MN, from October 20-24, 2025. MILO Board Members will be leading an interactive session on Friday, October 24 focused on applying Motivational Interviewing for leaders in organizational settings. This session is open to all registered Forum attendees.
Whether you're exploring how to bring Motivational Interviewing into your leadership practice or seeking to deepen your skills, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners and connect with a community committed to transforming organizational culture through MI.

Sharpen Your Motivational Interviewing Skills for Leadership
MILO convenes monthly facilitated practice sessions specifically designed for leaders applying Motivational Interviewing in organizations. These sessions provide a supportive space to practice MI skills, explore real-world leadership challenges, and learn from peers who are using Motivational Interviewing to engage teams and drive organizational change.
When: Typically held on the second Monday of each month
Cost: Free to MILO members
Format: Virtual, interactive practice sessions
